Hello everyone and thanks for stopping in for a hiretina update.

Yep--I got hired! Thank goodness.

In fact, I ended up with three wonderful job offers in one week and was able to really analyze my options and pick the one that I felt was the perfect fit for both my expertise and my personality. I am now in account management for a high-energy, global company that specializes in experiential marketing and events and I am having a great time in my new role. I work with an inspiring and brilliant team, have fabulous clients in a variety of industries and love being back in the saddle again after the long job search.

The press for hiretina.com and the exposure that I received from people forwarding the site were definitely helpful in my search--I got emails from people at companies all over the country and on a personal note, even connected with some long lost friends.

I also hope that my advice and tips have been helpful to other job seekers out there who just needed some words of encouragement and some tips on how to stay positive during what can be such a stressful time. I received so many emails from people interested in my job search journey, many who were going through the same thing or had been through it in the past.
